Yep.... The big guy and I have been hitched for EIGHT whole years! Can you believe it?!? That is 2922 days! 70,128 hours! 4,207,680 minutes! Granted, between deployments, training schools and dh's crazy working hours, we've only spent 3 (counting today, which almost didn't happen) of those anniversaries together, but hey, we've made the most of those 3 anniversaries! lol
We have been through sooooooo much in that time! Since we got married, we have endured my major health crisis, the death of 3 very close and extremely beloved family members, a difficult pregnancy and delivery, the birth of the greatest kid ever, lol, 4 moves - totaling 5500 miles, 2 deployments, the first day of school, potty training, saying goodbye to too many old friends and hello to new ones.
It has been a whirlwind ride and I can't wait to see what's around the next bend!

Hurrah for 8 years!!!
I hope hubby and I can survive all of the away time. He is out right now and will be back just in time to celebrate our first anniversary!!!!
